About NISM
The National Institute of Securities Markets is a public trust established in 2006 by the Securities and Exchange Board of India, the regulator of the securities markets in India. The institute carries out a wide range of capacity building activities at various levels aimed at enhancing the quality standards in securities markets. The institute’s six schools of excellence work in synergy towards creating professionalized securities markets.
About HVPS College of Law
Hindi Vidya Prachar Samiti’s (HVPS) College of Law was established in the year 2017 under the HVPS trust with the prime objective of imparting legal education among the masses. The college has gained a high amount of goodwill within a very short span of time by furnishing quality legal education.
About the Conference
The conference is hosted to develop and sustain interest in competition law and to create a critical mass of antitrust researchers in India. The key objectives of the Conference are to stimulate research and debate on contemporary issues in the field of competition law, to develop a better understanding of competition issues relevant to the Indian context and to draw inferences of enforcement of competition law in India. The Conference is expected to cover a wide range of related themes.

Submission Guidelines
All submissions must be in the Microsoft word Format with a one-Inch margin on all sides. The text must be in Times New Roman with font size 12 and line spacing of 1.5 pt. Footnotes must be in Times New Roman, font size 10 with single line spacing Citation Style: Bluebook 20th Edition style of citation should be followed throughout. Word Limit: 4000-4500 words (excluding footnotes). Research Papers should be written in English.
