Priyanka has completed her B.B.A LL.B Hons with a gold medal in Corporate Law from the Institute of Law Nirma University and her Masters in Corporate & Business Law, with a gold medal from the Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar (GNLU). Priyanka has 19 publications in various national as well as international journals to her credit. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Corporate Law. Priyanka is passionate about teaching the nuances of corporate law. She is an impactful speaker, has an eye for detail in research and is committed to the field of legal education.
