This Privacy Policy applies to Virtual Law School (hereinafter referred to as ‘VLS’) which is a Unit of KETAS Education Foundation (hereinafter referred to as ‘KEF’)
At VLS we are committed to the significance of maintaining privacy. You trust in visiting our website and using our services (online courses and programs) is sacred to us. We take it as our duty to value your privacy and inform you in advance that by your visit to our website your personal data or information may get stored with us. And we may use this information in certain ways but as per the applicable laws. This Privacy Policy clarifies these and many more issues and concerns. This Privacy Policy is applicable to collection of information from the visitors on our website www.virtuallawschool.in and its use by us (VLS) from time to time. This Privacy Policy applies to each current and past visitors of our website and to all persons and or users who may in future or are using our services of online courses. www.virtuallawschool.in is a property of KETAS Education Foundation, registered under Sec. 8 of Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office at H. No. 2, Sakar Apartment, Plot No. 11, Sindh Society, Aundh, Pune, Maharashtra, PIN- 411007.
Information we collect
Contact information. We might collect your name, gender orientation, email, mobile number, phone number, house number, street, city, state, pincode, country, educational qualification, professional designation, name of your college, areas of your professional research and interest and IP address.
Payment and billing information. We might collect your billing name, billing address and payment method when you enrol for any of our courses/training programs/workshops/paid webinars/or other programme and events. We NEVER collect your credit card number or credit card expiry date or other details pertaining to your credit card on our website. Credit card information will be obtained and processed by UPI QR Code. In future if we will have any other payment gateway partner we will update the information here.
Information you post. We collect information you post in a public space on our website or on a third-party social media site belonging to VLS (KEF).
Demographic information. We may collect demographic information about you, events you like, events you intend to participate in, online courses you enrol for, buy, or any other information provided by you during the use of our website. We might collect this as a part of a survey also.

Even if you opt out of getting promotional/marketing messages, we will still be sending you transactional messages through email and SMS about your registration/enrolment in any of our courses/programs.
